Your continued use of jandtcolombia.com or a Jandtcolombia-affiliated website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Your use of jandtcolombia.com or any Jandtcolombia-affiliated sites is intended for personal, non-commercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. You agree not to use robots or other automated means to access this site, unless specifically permitted by Jandtcolombia.

PRICING

Prices shown on Jandtcolombia website are per person unless otherwise stated. 

Prices are subject to change, until the booking has been confirmed.

What is included is stated specifically on each page.

Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult. 

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, charges or fees. 

Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) – gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager, food and beverages and transfers to/from venue.

PAYMENT

Jandtcolombia accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. (Fees may apply)

A 50% deposit is required when booking a full itinerary or purchasing over $500, for sales smaller than that, a full payment will be taken by the website.

Cardholder must be present at the time of presenting the ticket.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Amendments by you can be made to tours, please let us know 24 hours prior to the departure time and date.

If you are due to travel with us and you tour or activity has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic or any major global or local event, you can;

* Exchange your booking for a Travel Credit Gift Voucher*, to be redeemed against any new booking up to 12 months after receiving the Travel Credit Gift Voucher. The Voucher can be redeem by you or anyone who has access to the code. 
* For accommodations the 50% deposit is not refundable, however you can use it as a Travel Credit Gift Voucher during the next 12 months. 

In the event that a venue is not visited during a coach tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an amount equal to the value of the admission will be refunded at our discretion.

  1. If the air conditioning or washroom on the allocated vehicle is not operational, then no refund will be made. 
  2. We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour. 
  3. Once approved, we will endeavor to process any refunds within 7-15 working days. Refunds will only be made using the same payment method as used when making the initial booking.
